Parent Co-operative

Castlemaine Childcare Co-operative Limited is governed by a parent Committee of Management.  The co-operative model of childcare is inclusive and collaborative and all profits are spent on improving the quality of care and the range of experiences for the children.

Parents are encouraged to be involved in the co-operative, including being on the Committee of Management.  At least one adult member from each family must become a shareholder member of the Co-operative on enrollment and buy one share at the cost of $1. Only shareholder members can nominate for positions on the committee.
